1. How do I make an online booking at Hotel UniLodge?
Simply click the BOOK NOW button. A new window will open and you'll be transferred to our secure booking system and choose your preferred check-in and check-out dates, and number of adults staying. Once you select a room, click the Book it! button. You'll then be asked for your details, once finished you will recieve a confirmation email direct from the Hotel.
2. Do you have long term rooms available?
Yes we do. Please visit www.unilodge.com.au to see a list of rates and the booking procedure.
3. How do i make changes to my reservation ?
To modify or cancel your booking please forward the original email or your booking reference to bookings.flinders@unilodge.com.au you will receive a reply email advising the change of status of your reservation.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
14 days or more prior to the date of arrival - 100% refund
13 – 7 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of accommodation cost
6 – 3 days prior to the date of arrival - 75% of accommodation cost
72 Hours prior to the date of arrival /No Show - 100% of accommodation cost
4. How is Payment made?
A Valid Credit Card is required to book all accommodation.
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Card and JCB.
5. Why do I need to present my photo ID at check-in?
All Guest must produce photo ID at check-in that matches the booking name. Unilodge on Flinders will take and retain a copy of your ID to accompany your signed registration so that we know this booking is booked by you and that we won’t be checking someone else in the booking you made.
6. What is the purpose of Security Deposit?
You will need to provide a security deposit at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
