Frequently Asked Questions1. How do I make an online booking at Hotel UniLodge?
Use the Online Booking form to select your preferred check-in and check-out times, and number of adults. (You can choose to add children on the next screen). Click on the Check Availability and Rates button. A new window will open and you'll be transferred to our secure booking system where you can see a list of rooms available. Once you select a room, click the Book it! button. You'll be asked for your details and to make a deposit against your booking. The balance is payable on your arrival here at Hotel UniLodge.
2. Do you have long term rooms available?
Yes we do. Please visit www.unilodge.com.au to see a list of rates and the booking procedure.
3. Can I change my reservation online?
Yes you can. To change your reservation, click on the Modify Reservation link above. You'll be asked for your Secret Number, Reservation Number and the Email address you used to book your stay. Your Secret Number and Reservation number would have been emailed to you at the time you made your booking. When you reach your reservation page, select the information you want to have changed and click the Change button.
4. Can I cancel my reservation online?
Yes you can. To cancel your reservation, click on the Cancel Reservation link above. You'll be asked for your Secret Number, Reservation Number and the Email address you used to book your stay. Your Secret Number and Reservation number would have been emailed to you at the time you made your booking. When you reach your reservation page, click the Cancel button. Note that if you cancel before 48 hours of your booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your due date of arrival you will forfeit the entire amount of the stay.
